Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Fatmira website (fatmira.com) and the Fatmira Chrome extension. Fatmira is an AI assistant that answers questions about the page you are on and acts on that page in your own browser, with your approval.

What we collect

  • Account information. Your email address and name from Google sign-in, and the session that connects your browser to your account.
  • Your messages. What you type to the assistant, and its replies.
  • Content of pages you ask about. Only on sites you have allowed, and only while the assistant is working on your request: the page's text, structure and accessibility tree, its address, and values you typed into its forms. Before sending, the extension tries to remove common secrets (such as passwords, card numbers and access tokens). This filtering is best-effort and cannot recognise every sensitive value. Anything else shown on the page, including other people's personal information, is sent as-is. Don't use the assistant on pages whose content you are not allowed to share. The extension does not take screenshots and does not read sites you have not allowed.
  • Browsing activity, narrowly. The address and navigation history of the tab the assistant is working in. We do not collect your general browsing history.
  • Usage and diagnostics. Product analytics events, error reports and usage counts used for billing.
  • Payment information. If you subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

Only to provide the assistant's features you ask for: to understand the page, answer your question, carry out the actions you approve, keep your account signed in, bill you, and fix errors. We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use page content or your messages to build credit or lending profiles.

Fatmira's use of information received from Chrome APIs adheres to theChrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who processes it

We share data only with providers that run parts of the service for us:

  • AI model providers, to generate replies from your message and page content.
  • Supabase, for sign-in and account data.
  • Hetzner and Cloudflare, for hosting and network delivery.
  • Stripe, for payments.
  • Sentry, for error reports; PostHog, for product analytics.
  • Google reCAPTCHA and Cloudflare Turnstile, to block automated sign-ups.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

Your control

  • The extension works only on sites you allow; you can remove a site at any time in its options.
  • It asks before posting, sending, buying or deleting anything.
  • Uninstalling the extension removes everything it stores in your browser.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your account data and conversations while your account exists. To get a copy of your data, or to have your account and its data deleted, email[email protected]. We act on deletion requests within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law (such as invoices).

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/WSS) and is stored with access limited to the service.

Children

Fatmira is not intended for children under 16.
